Alex Levitan, Psy.D.
Alex Levitan is an independently licensed clinical psychologist within Arizona and received his doctorate in clinical psychology from the Arizona School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Levitan provides psychological evaluations, counseling, and consulting services to various private corporations and governmental agencies including the Department of Child Safety, Department of Public Safety, and Arizona State Hospital. He also provides third party services to agencies working with VAs across the United States.
Dr. Levitan is also a faculty member with the Arizona State University School of Criminology and Criminal Justice where he lectures on clinical and forensic research methodologies, statistical analyses, and criminogenic factors. He has presented at numerous public and professional organizations, has provided professional written material for publication, and facilitated interdisciplinary care.
Amanda Brimlow, Psy.D.
Amanda Brimlow is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Arizona. She received a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Midwestern University and completed a 2000 hour internship in community mental health. Dr. Brimlow specializes in working with clinical and forensic populations and provides a variety of services including treatment for eating disorders, trauma, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. Dr. Brimlow also has experience providing psychological evaluations in both a clinical and forensic setting.
Dr. Brimlow is a member of numerous local, state, and national mental health organizations.
Megan Ford, Ph.D.
Megan Ford is a postdoctoral resident and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with experience working in both clinical and forensic populations. She specializes in working with children and families and has experience providing services to both Arizona Family Court and the Arizona Department of Child Services.
Dr. Ford is a psychology consultant for community hospitals, has received training in psychopharmacology, and is an active member within the Arizona chapters of numerous forensic, correctional, and legal professional associations.
Dr. Ford has extensive training in completing psychological evaluations and is trained to provide Restoration Treatments Services involved in Rule 11 Court. She also leads a First Response Solutions & Treatment (FiRST) treatment program tailored to assist first responders in the course of their duties and a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills group.
Emily Kade, Psy.D.
Emily Kade is a postdoctoral resident. She completed her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Midwestern University and has a specialization in neuropsychology. She specializes in conducting psychological and neuropsychological evaluations with pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
Dr. Kade has specialized training in various assessments, including the ADOS-2, and has provided clinical trauma-informed acute care and crises intervention. She has provided both assessment and treatment to individuals with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, and giftedness, as well as completing the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) evaluations and treatment recommendations.
Dr. Kade is a published researcher and has presented at professional conferences both nationally and internationally. She is dedicated to providing clients with holistic understanding for their cognitive, emotional, behavioral, or interpersonal needs.
Adriana Butler, LAC
Adriana Butler is a licensed associate counselor and holds a master's degree in professional counseling. She provides counseling and therapeutic services primarily to adults and adolescents suffering from mood disorders, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, and life adjustments. She utilizes a varying treatment modality style to best suite her client's needs and encourages her clients to play an active role in their own recovery and wellness.
Adriana has received advanced training in EMDR which is a gold standard therapeutic treatment to help clients resolve core issues, relieve distressing emotional symptoms, and gain new insights into past life experiences that may be negatively impacting mood or relationships.
